I’ve had two sessions here in the past year. I first came with my brother last summer and we received a friendly welcome by two staff who took the time to understand what we wanted for our tattoos as well as getting the sizing and positioning right. I got my tattoo from Antonia who is very careful with attention to detail. She’s also very laid back and cool to chat with so the experience was as good as getting a tattoo can get. I went back for another tattoo with her this past November and I’m very happy with both experiences and outcomes. Thank you to Antonia and the entire Sakura team!!

My expectations were high before I book the appointment but I wasn’t satisfied with the result. The design was pretty simple and the artist captured well the shadows are maybe the worsts I ‘ve ever seen even thought I asked for shading dots. Still the shadows are just dark black not visible dots (4 months later)

I would NOT recommend this place! They were rude and thought everything was a joke and laughed at our ideas. We ended up not getting the designs since they did not make what we asked for. They said we wasted their time, although we waited 1 hour from our scheduled booking just to see 3 out of 5 designs we wanted. They wanted compensation for their wasted time and their designs. Which felt undeserved with the reason being lack of service and respect. We told them it felt wrong on our part because of this very reasoning, but they kept pushing us and made it seem like we had no choice, and ended up paying - so saying we came to an agreement, is not the truth.

Felt my criterias and wishes wasn't met, and therefor decided not to proceed with tattooing. Was open for some changes, but felt the artist just had a laugh and wasn't fully open to hear me through, even after I said I fully understood her views. When I confirmed the work was not of my interest, they wanted compensation for their time wasted, something that primarily is alright and understandable, but with the bad service and being laughed at, felt undeserved - but still handed them their wished amount. After my partner left a review on Google about their experience the studio called and bashed about the review and asked for a reasoning, without giving me any space in the "conversation" to explain. They replied to the review saying we came to an agreement, even though we said the payment felt wrong on our part, reasoning: lack of service and respect. They kept asking for compensation and explaining further even after we put our say in it, making it seem like it wasn't a choice for us at all - after commenting that we chose to accept and pay, we both regret paying, as this is not the truth. There was no point where we felt we had it talked out, because we got interupted when trying to speak. The entire situation was badly handled unfortunately.
