MijnTattoo offers the possibility for companies & self-employed persons to manage their own pages, for example you can manage all artists employed by your tattoo shop under 1 user account. Then add designs to your pages and/or start (win) promotions for users. (Please note that managing a page is only possible with an account with role artist or role shop owner)
There are 2 different ways to manage pages. You can claim an existing page or create a new page, in this article we will take a closer look at both methods.
If your tattoo shop or artist page already exists, you can claim the page. In order for a claim to be approved, you must provide additional verification to prove that you own the page. You then have 3 options:
For options 1 and 2, entering a code is sufficient to complete the verification. With option 3 we will contact you regarding the documents you have sent. If everything is approved, you will receive a notification indicating that the claim has been approved.
After filling in all the required information, your new page will be created with the status "Pending". We will then review your page, if we have any questions or comments about this you can expect an email from us. If the page contains sufficient information and is ready to go live, verification follows, just like with the claim.
However, there is 1 big difference compared to the verification of a claim, you can only prove that the page is yours by sending us documents, since you have provided us with the data (email & 06 number), these methods are not applicable for verification. Once all documents have been approved, your page is live.
Once you have linked 1 or more pages to your user account, all your pages will come together in an overview on the My Pages page. For each page you can read messages from users, add tattoo designs (e.g. using fast upload*), start promotions or manage your page content.
* Fast upload makes it possible to add all your designs in 1 go, with this method you do not have to enter any metadata for these designs. This way the tattoos are already visible on your profile but not yet clickable & not yet visible in the MyTattoo designs catalog.
